In the main event of the latest edition of Premier Boxing Champions’ Toe-To-Toe Tuesdays series, welterweight contender Levan Ghvamichava dominated late replacement opponent Breidis Prescott and eventually stopped him in the seventh round.

Ghvamichava (17-2-1, 13 KOs), who was coming off a loss to Sergey Lipinets, floored Prescott again in the seventh. When the grizzled veteran climbed back to his feet, however, Ghvamichava wasted no time in putting him away for good. A barrage of unanswered blows prompted a referee stoppage at 2:37 of the frame.
In the co-featured bout of the Fox Sports 1-televised event, a pair of undefeated junior middleweights squared off but it was Marcos Hernandez who was the better prospect. Hernandez used his better range and movement to befuddle Thomas T. Hill throughout, but Hill (6-1, 1 KO) kept things interesting. Hill was docked a point in the seventh for repeated low blows but the penalty was a mere formality; Hernandez won via tallies of 79-72, 78-73 and 77-74.
The opening bout of the telecast saw super middleweight prospect Malcolm McAllister improve to 8-0 with his eighth pro knockout when he pounded on Gilberto Yoruba, eventually stopping him after the seventh. After taking a beating from the outset, the 38-tear-old Yoruba couldn’t answer the bell to start the eighth.
