Greg Jackson, on “The Jordan Breen Show,” discussing Chael Sonnen’s willingness to fight Jon Jones on short notice:

“It was actually a really smart move on Sonnen’s part. He would bypass the entire division and get a title shot immediately, right in there. And again, let’s be clear: We all know that Sonnen is a very sharp guy. He wouldn’t just step off the couch and into a fight. He’s been training with Dan [Henderson]. He’s been doing his thing. He’s an incredibly smart individual. It was a good move on his part. He can just jump right past everybody and he has nothing to lose and everything to gain.”
