UFC 118 Prelims to Air on Spike TV

Spike TV will feature two live UFC
118 preliminary bouts on Aug. 28 at 9 p.m. ET. The event will
be held at the TD Garden in Boston, Mass.
“The Ultimate Fighter” season five cast mates Joe Lauzon (18-6) and Gabe Ruediger (17-5) will clash in the prelim main event. Joining them on the one-hour live broadcast will be Andre Winner (11-3-1) and Nik Lentz (18-3-2).
The pay-per-view portion of UFC 118 will be headlined by the much-anticipated rematch between Frankie Edgar and B.J. Penn, and will feature the MMA debut of boxer James Toney against Randy Couture.
A press release sent to the media on Monday stated that additional bouts may be televised, depending on time constraints.
