All five men who have held Legacy Fighting Alliance gold at 185 pounds have gone on to sign with the Ultimate Fighting Championship: Eryk Anders, Markus Perez, Anthony Hernandez, Ian Heinisch and Brendan Allen. Either Josh Fremd or Gregory Rodrigues could soon join the list.

Fremd will meet Rodrigues for the vacant middleweight championship in the LFA 108 main event on Friday at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Meanwhile, Rodney Kealohi locks horns with Mark Climaco in the three-round co-feature at 125 pounds.

LFA 108 “Fremd vs. Rodrigues”—which streams live to UFC Fight Pass at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT—also features a flyweight tilt pairing Clayton Carpenter with Nick Clem, a women’s strawweight clash between Tiani Valle and Kathryn Paprocki, a heavyweight affair pitting Thomas Peterson against Richard Foster, a bantamweight battle matching Bryce Meredith with Steven Merrill and a welterweight scrap slotting Tyler Ray opposite Ernesto Ancona.
