How to Watch Road to UFC Season 2 Quarterfinals
Season 2 of the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s Road to UFC series will kick off with quarterfinal matches in various weight classes on Saturday and Sunday at the UFC Performance Institute in Shanghai, China. All four sessions will stream to UFC Fight Pass. Officials tout the competition as a “win-and-advance tournament that gives top MMA prospects from Asia a pathway to a UFC contract.”
The first episode (6 a.m. ET/3 a.m. PT on Saturday) features the following matchups: Keisuke Sasu vs. Sang Won Kim in a featherweight quarterfinal, Mark Climaco vs. Jung Hyun Lee in a flyweight quarterfinal, Zha Yi vs. Jiahefu Wuziazibieke in a featherweight quarterfinal, Rei Tsuruya vs. Ronal Siahaan in a flyweight quarterfinal and Thanongsaklek Chuwattana vs. Nyamjargal Tumendemberel in a non-tournament clash at 125 pounds.
Meanwhile, the second episode (8 a.m. ET/5 a.m. PT on Saturday) sees the following bouts: Kaiwen Li vs. Kai Lu in a featherweight quarterfinal, Sumit Kumar vs. Seung Guk Choi in a flyweight quarterfinal, Yibugele vs. Kouya Kanda in a featherweight quarterfinal, Niushiyue Ji vs. Billy Pasulatan in a flyweight quarterfinal and Nueraji Taiyilake vs. Han Seul Kim in a non-tournament affair at 170 pounds.
