UFC Fight Night 40 goes down on Saturday, Aug. 6 at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. The main card kicks off at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT. The prelims start at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT.

Anyone wishing to live stream UFC on ESPN 40 “Santos vs. Hill” online will need to purchase an ESPN+ membership. The ESPN-owned streaming service has exclusive rights to UFC live streams, making ESPN+ the only way to view UFC on ESPN 40 online in the United States. The main card can be viewed on ESPN and ESPN+ at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT, while the prelims can be seen on ESPN and ESPN+ at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT. Meanwhile, BT Sport is the lone broadcaster showing UFC on ESPN 40 “Santos vs. Hill” live in the United Kingdom. Coverage for preliminary fights begins at 1 a.m. BST, with the main card scheduled to start at 3 a.m. BST. BetUs.com lists Hill as a -320 favorite for the UFC on ESPN 40 headliner, with Santos as a +240 underdog. In the co-main event, Luque is favored at -190, with Neal coming back at +155.

Santos, 38, has lost four of his past five bouts. The American Top Team rep last appeared at UFC Fight Night 203, where he dropped a five-round unanimous decision to Magomed Ankalaev in their March 12 headliner. Santos holds a 14-9 record in the UFC, with victories over Jan Blachowicz, Jimi Manuwa, Anthony Smith, Jack Hermansson and Nate Marquardt.

The 31-year-old Hill has been something of a revelation since he punched his ticket to the UFC on Season 3 of Dana White’s Contender Series, having compiled a 4-1 record inside the Octagon. He last competed on Feb. 19, when he punched out Johnny Walker a little less than three minutes into their UFC Fight Night 201 main event.

UFC on ESPN 40 “Santos vs. Hill” also features “The Ultimate Fighter 30” heavyweight final matching Zac Pauga (-280) with Mohammed Usman (+210), “The Ultimate Fighter 30” women’s flyweight final pitting Juliana Miller (-120) against Brogan Walker (-110), a heavyweight tilt pairing Sergey Spivak (-270) with Augusto Sakai (+210) and a women’s flyweight affair slotting Ariane Lipski (-175) opposite Priscila Cachoeira (+145). Middleweights anchor the six-fight undercard, as Michal Oleksiejczuk (-700) tackles Sam Alvey (+450) at 185 pounds.
