Silva took time out of his busy schedule to speak with
Sherdog.com’s Gleidson Venga in Rio de Janeiro, where the UFC
middleweight champion resumed light training following elbow
surgery.
Silva discussed his recovery and rehab from the operation, as well as his business interests in the United States.
Also in this interview, Silva revealed that he’ll be sharpening his game at the Nike Training Center and working his hands with renown boxing trainer Freddie Roach, who trains boxing pound-for-pound frontrunner Manny Pacquiao.
