Prop bettors were on high alert at UFC 235 on Saturday in Las Vegas, as a number of fights ended in ways few saw coming. That means there was plenty of money to be made in the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s return to T-Mobile Arena. Here are five of the most Insane Prop Bets to cash at UFC 235:

Jon Jones Wins by Unanimous Decision (+975)
The main event saw Jones defend his light heavyweight championship yet again with a unanimous verdict over Anthony Smith. Most observers expected Jones to secure a finish, so the prop on his winning the fight by decision was available at insane odds. However, Smith proved difficult to put away, and Jones settled for his first decision since he defeated Ovince St. Preux in 2016. Not only did the prop on Jones winning any sort of decision score at +752, but the prop on his winning a unanimous verdict was even more lucrative. It cashed at massive +975 odds.
Ben Askren Wins in Round 1 (+975)
One of the most exciting fights saw Askren survive an early onslaught of strikes from Robbie Lawler to come back and submit the former welterweight champion with a bulldog choke in the first round of their main card encounter at 170 pounds. Of course, replays showed that Lawler was actually not out of it and that referee Herb Dean made a mistake in calling off the fight too soon. Even so, that did not stop bettors from cashing their prop tickets on Askren. The prop on Askren winning by submission cashed at +685, and the prop on his winning in the first round hit at +975.
Pedro Munhoz Wins by TKO (+455)
The “Fight of the Night” saw Munhoz batter former UFC bantamweight champion Cody Garbrandt for a vicious first-round technical knockout. Both men bit down on their mouthpieces and chucked bombs at one another’s chins near the end of the first round, and Munhoz was the fighter with the stronger jaw and the bigger punch, as he netted the most significant victory of his career. The prop on Munhoz winning in the first round hit at +400. Even better was the prop on his winning by knockout, which cashed at +455.
Diego Sanchez Wins in Round 2 (+1350)
The most profitable prop bets on the entire card came courtesy of Sanchez, who destroyed Mickey Gall by second-round TKO in his most dominant performance in years. Sanchez was not expected to win the fight, let alone finish it. The prop on Sanchez winning by TKO cashed at massive +985 odds. Even bigger was the prop on his winning in the second round, which cashed at a ridiculous +1350 number.
Hannah Cifers Wins by Decision (+450)
Cifers outworked Polyana Viana to take home a spirited split decision in a women’s strawweight prelim. For whatever reason, bettors were heavily against Cifers, even though she put together an encouraging performance in a hard-fought loss to blue-chip prospect Maycee Barber in her UFC debut. At +450 odds, the prop on Cifers winning a decision was quite profitable.
