UFC Fight Night Sioux Falls Medical Suspensions: McDonald, Four Others Get 60 Days
Michael McDonald is facing two months on the sideline following his first-round knockout loss to John Lineker at UFC Fight Night in Sioux Falls, S.D., on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Tony Ferguson and Landon Vannata both received 30-day suspensions following their entertaining scrap in the co-main event, which Ferguson won via brabo choke in the second round. Further details regarding any of the suspensions were not revealed.
Four other fighters who competed at the UFC’s first-ever event in
South Dakota received 60-day layoffs: Alexey
Oleinik, Ben Nguyen,
Cristina
Stanciu and Devin Clark.
Prior to 2013, there was no regulating body to sanction combat
sports in the state until the South Dakota House of Representatives
approved a bill to create an athletic commission.
