"Beatdown" returned Friday with host Jeff Sherwood on the Sherdog Radio Network.

After the first break, flyweight Ulysses Gomez joined the program to talk about his previous loss against John Moraga and to discuss what’s next for him.

At the top of third hour, Invicta FC President Shannon Knapp joined the show and answered a couple questions Jeff had for her regarding a certain debate he and TJ had on a previous episode of “Beatdown.” Knapp also discussed the upcoming Invicta FC 3 event, which is set for Memorial Hall in Kansas City, Kan., on Oct 6.
