Beatdown: Tompkins and Cox

TJ De Santis and Sherdog.com editor Josh Gross were live Wednesday on The Sherdog Radio Network for another edition of "Beatdown." Joining them were Shawn Tompkins (Pictures) and manager Monte Cox.

Managing fighters such as Jens Pulver (Pictures), Rich Franklin (Pictures) and Tim Sylvia (Pictures), Monte Cox is a very busy man. Cox joins TJ and Josh to talk about his stable of fighters including Jason Black (Pictures) and Spencer Fisher (Pictures), who have upcoming bouts in the UFC.

Shawn Tompkins (Pictures) is another busy guy in the sport. Aside from coaching the IFL's Anacondas, Thomkins has the task of training fighters Mark Hominick (Pictures), Sam Stout (Pictures), and most recently street fighter turned MMA stylist Kimbo Slice (Pictures). Shawn talks about his stable and what is coming up.
