Rewind: Daron Cruickshank

Daron Cruickshank burst onto the agenda of action-hungry MMA fans with his head kick knockout of Henry Martinez in December. What raised as many eyebrows, perhaps, was that he drilled the strike in his garage with his dad, a Ford worker who dabbled in martial arts. Sunday on the Sherdog Radio Network "Rewind," "The Detroit Superstar" joined host Jack Encarnacao for a chat about his upbringing and formative experiences in mixed martial arts ahead of his fight against John Makdessi at UFC 158 in Montreal.

Also on the show, in the "Down to Business" segment, Jack chats with a member of the Canadian Parliament about the national bill that would legalize MMA across Canada.
