Antar Kacem leaned on clean multi-punch combinations and a late knockdown to claim a unanimous decision over Rafi Bohic in their tactical three-round bantamweight muay thai main event at ONE Friday Fights 37. All three ringside judges submitted scorecards in favor of the Belarusian.
Bohic called upon front kicks to the body and kicks to the lead leg, along with elbows and knees in the clinch, but could not keep his determined counterpart at bay. Kacem cut loose in two-, three- and four-punch bursts while answering with occasional low kicks of his own. He sat down Bohic with a left hook in the third round, kept himself out of harm’s way and short circuited any thoughts of a potential rally.
