In honor of Yom HaShoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day) and based on the book “Harry Haft: Survivor of Auschwitz, Challenger of Rocky Marciano” by Alan Haft, HBO will debut “The Survivor” on Wednesday, April 27 at 8 p.m. ET/PT. The film will also stream exclusively on HBO Max.
“An examination of one man’s journey from unspeakable horrors to freedom, forgiveness and redemption, The Survivor marks award-winning director Barry Levinson’s return to HBO,” stated a press release sent Tuesday morning.
