Beatdown: Sam Stout and Stover

TJ De Santis and Sherdog.com editor Josh Gross were joined by UFC lightweight contender Sam Stout (Pictures) and John Stover, who is scheduled to face Tommy Morrison this Saturday in Arizona.

"Hands of Stone" Stout will be facing Miletich product Spencer Fisher (Pictures) this Tuesday on the UFC Fight Night Card. Stout talks about the rematch with Fisher, training with Shawn Tompkins (Pictures), and how he has changed since his first meeting with Fisher.

John Stover is an unknown to MMA fans. Fighting out of South Dakota, the 350 pound Stover is scheduled to face pro boxer Tommy Morrison Saturday night in Arizona. Morrison was forced to retire from the sport of boxing 10 years ago when a pre-fight blood test showed positive for the HIV virus. Earlier this year Morrison was cleared by the West Virginia Boxing Commission. Morrison looks to try his hand in the MMA world tomorrow night. Stover spoke to TJ and Josh, and for the first time learned that no medicals would be done prior to this bout.
